Michael Hayes Furniture was founded in 2001 and built on the inspiration of third generation joiner, builder and furniture maker. Michael Hayes is the go-to name for ethically handmade furniture, custom-designed for lovers of timber in all its forms. More than just furniture, every piece is a work of art.
Furniture Design
Michael’s work encompasses all aspects of furniture, and furniture design producing from dining tables, coffee tables, wall units and TV consoles. Every custom piece is ethically produced and can take a few days or weeks to create. Michael’s design focus is primarily on quality joinery it’s all about the details, like using U joins instead of straight joins. Showing the details of how the furniture is put together, instead of hiding them.
